Privacy, plainly.

This is the privacy policy for sitesbygary.com, run by Gary Patchcott ("I", "me"). It's short because I collect very little.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, email address and anything you write about your business. That's it. No account, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.

How it's used

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to do the work.
• Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, which processes the message solely to deliver it.
• I never sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while they're useful and deleted when they're not. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data I hold about you. Email garypatchcott@gmail.com and I'll sort it.
